Can we see your machine running in the factory?
Of course, if in China, we can drive you to see any kind of wire drawing machine/Rod breakdown machine running in our customer’s factory. If abroad, we need to check which country first , then get their permits.
Can you make the drum a little smaller for our annealing furnance space is not enough?
No problem, but it aslo depends on your own raw wire’s material, because the yield strength of different wires is different.
What's the warranty period?
12 months from successful on-site commissioning, or 18 months from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L), whichever occurs earlier. PS：the motor and VFD if used our suggested brand, warranty period is 18 months.
Do you offer spare parts and after-sales technical support for overseas customers?
Absolutely. We provide long-term spare parts supply and remote technical troubleshooting for all our wire drawing machines, ensuring your production line runs smoothly without downtime.
Can you help to install the machines abroad?
Yes, all of our engineers have more than 20 years of experience. Installation takes about 5 days, after which they will train you to operate the machine and go over the maintenance notes with you.
