Our Indonesian client, a reputable manufacturer specializing in high-quality bolts and shear connectors, faced a critical bottleneck in their wire processing line. Their existing equipment was unable to provide the consistent speed and stability required for large-scale production of low and high carbon steel wires.
With growing export demands, they needed a reliable, high-output wire drawing solution that could handle varying material grades—from low carbon to high carbon steel—while maintaining strict tolerance standards for their fastener components.
Our Solution: Precision Wire Drawing Lines Built for Strength and Speed
Since our first cooperation in 2013, we have been the primary equipment supplier for their wire drawing workshop. We supplied a complete range of production lines, including:
LW 8/560 Drawing Lines: A high-performance series (8 units) designed for stable, high-volume production.
LDD 800 & LDD 1200 Drawing Lines: Heavy-duty inverted vertical machines, specifically chosen for drawing high carbon steel wires and achieving superior tensile strength required for structural fasteners.
The equipment was designed for right-to-left wire movement and integrated with advanced cooling systems and PLC controls. Our solution ensured stable tension control and minimal wire breakage, directly supporting their ability to produce IEC-compliant shear connectors.

The results were immediate and lasting. Our client successfully scaled up their production to meet growing demand. They were so satisfied with the machine performance that they placed a repeat order in 2019 for the exact same models, solidifying our decade-long partnership.
